Pulled Pork

For Christmas this year, my boyfriend's mom bought me a Crock-Pot. The first week I bought it I went to the grocery store and got a big pork roast. I cooked the pork on low all day and soaked it in barbeque sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. It was extremely tender, very easy, and filled my apartment with a wonderful smell for a couple of days. Not to mention I had leftovers to eat for the next week. Next goal: make brisket!
